Terms of service

These terms govern your use of AI Resume Editor (the "Service"), operated by Chanchawat Enterprises ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

AI Resume Editor lets you import, edit, score and download resumes for free, and offers paid AI tailoring ("revamps") that rewrites your resume for a target role or job description.

2. Your content

You own your resume content. You are responsible for its accuracy. AI suggestions are drafts: review them and only keep statements that are true. We are not responsible for outcomes of job applications.

3. Payments

Paid plans are one-time purchases: ₹99 for 5 revamps and ₹499 for unlimited revamps, subject to a fair-use limit of 25 revamps per day. Payments are processed by Razorpay. You need to sign in (with Google or an emailed code) to buy and use revamps, and credits are linked to your account. Refunds follow our refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no automated scraping, reselling access, attempts to bypass payment or fair-use limits, or uploading unlawful content.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Features may change. Your resumes are stored in your browser, so keep downloaded copies.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Governing law
